V comfortable hotel in good location for university

Pros: Very nice rooms & staff were extremely helpful in every way

Cons: Renovations only a slight inconvenience

Pros: We stayed at this hotel to take our son to the University of Pennsylvania. You could say this hotel is located right on the UPenn campus. In other words, it’s the best hotel for visiting UPenn. Of course, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were very friendly.

Cons: Nothing. We were completely satisfied. There is some noise due to the construction in the area, but it’s not too bothersome.

Good stay - restaurant detracts quality from the hotel.

Pros: The property staff were very helpful and the rooms of a good size

Cons: The restaurant- the waiter cursed me for the reduction in tip, immediately changed his attitude ushered us out and then pursued me through the hotel reception to inform the of his expectations.

Friendly staff, safe, neat & clean and great placement

Pros: Placement is great. Friendly staff. It is a 3 star as they don’t have any additional utensils like spoons, plates, bowls or cups etc

Good location, comfortable cosy room.

Pros: Great location. Very convenient for access to hospital, public transport, restaurants. Counter staff were all very helpful eg helping to collect Amazon parcel. Heating in room was easy to adjust and worked well

Cons: Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly on some days (eg still had some strands of hair on the floor), otherwise satisfactory.

Comfortable. I enjoyed my stay .

Pros: Great location within the university. Safe surroundings. Entry is the lift needs key. Aesthetically, a good place. Clean rooms , bed etc., and good staff. It has a coffee maker in the room. For comb, tooth paste etc., one needed to ask front desk. which is unusual to me. I booked through Booking.com and it gave a discounted rate.

Cons: Breakfast may be included in deal .

Good stay if you came to UPENN.

Pros: Very close to UPENN facilities. Price is more or less reasonable. Pleasant stuff. Good facility in general.

Great service by staff at a hotel next door to U. Penn and Drexel

Pros: The hotel is a short distance from Philadelphia's Union Station, the rail station for Amtrak and the local rail system, SEPTA. The room was clean, spacious, and had good ventilation. The bedding was clean, and the cleaning staff was extremely courteous and polite. One of the cleaning ladies, an African American woman, gave me extra washcloths. She was very gracious and made me feel welcomed. The hotel is literally near the campus of the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel, so it was fun to walk through the campuses. The U. Penn bookstore is a block from the hotel, as is the SEPTA trolley.

Cons: I have no complaints regarding the facility or the staff. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were extremely nice. I have no complaints, but I thought the room was a little expensive (about $200 a night, plus taxes). However, you do get what you pay for and this was not Motel 6 or the Red Roof Inn.

Excellent new rooms, great views, great staff.

Pros: Location near train station, walkable to all of University City and Rittenhouse. Great views and newly refurbished rooms

Pros: I do wish they served coffee in the lobby. The rooms were upgraded nicely. Bedding was comfortable and carpet and curtains were nice.

Cons: There was construction going on so I can’t wait to come again and see how beautiful you make it!
