Very clean hotel!

Pros: The hotel is located on the third floor. The building is very beautiful, and the staff were very kind to us. The cleanliness of the room really impressed me! Everything was very clean, including the corners of the room and bathroom — places that hotels don’t usually clean properly. The breakfast was great as well! Excellent location, and you can walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies.

Cons: It was difficult to understand the parking situation. We had to wait for the valet, and it was confusing to figure out how to check in since the lobby is on the third floor. You also have to pay $45 for parking.

Perfect location for our needs

Pros: Great location, super comfy beds and fairly decent working room temperature controls. The elevators were plentiful, quick and quiet. The lobby (3rd floor) is really warm and inviting and quite spacious.

Cons: I wish the gal at check in explained the elevator system to access our room on the higher floors. Felt pretty stupid not going up. The breakfast selection was very inconsistent- one morning there wasn't any regular coffee, barely any bread left for toast, and no forks! The next day the area was well stocked.

Cons: Maintenance was poor. the whirlpool didn't work properly, the water fountain in the fitness center didn't work, the stream of water in the shower was extremely weak and the hot water was barely enough for two people
