Best stay in the US so far

Pros: Outstanding service and quality of stay. One of the best hotels I've stayed at. But what stood out was the quality and warmth of every staff member who served us. All were absolutely stellar. Be it Patrick, Colleen, Katlyn and all others at the reception, housekeeping staff, the engineers, doorman etc. I have rarely experienced such a high level of hospitality and warmth in a hotel in the US. Kudos! Our university suite was superb! Such a fabulously equipped kitchenette too! Very large and spacious and so aesthetically done. Highly, highly recommended.

Modern and comfortable stay in University City

Pros: Modern and stylish hotel, with great amenities and friendly staff to accommodate requests. We requested a late check out due to a marathon and they were very understanding.

Cons: Nothing but tea facilities in room for evening would be nice.

The Study has always been my top choice of hotel in the University City.

Pros: Location. They had fresh coffee by 6 am available to all guests at the lobby. Rooms were very clean and spacious enough. Staff were very attentive.

Cons: Had no kettle for hot water in the room.

Good for rest and for study

Pros: A new, modern hotel building. The rooms resemble spacious student dorm rooms, with a large desk for studying and a leather armchair with a footrest for comfortable reading. A large bed and comfortable pillows.

Cons: Breakfast is not included in the room rate, and valet parking is a bit pricey. The lobby bar closes at 11:00 PM, which is quite inconvenient if you arrive at the hotel late in the evening. But these are just my European complaints — overall, it’s actually quite good for a American hotel :)

Pros: As usual the room was very clean and very comfortable.

Cons: This weekend in particular the price was a little higher than in the past, as there was a big track and field event at UPenn.

Very nice and comfortable.

Pros: The hotel was being remodeled and the dining area was closed. However, they organized an area for breakfast that had a lot of variety. We enjoyed the atmosphere in the hotel with all the bookshelves and books. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly.

Pros: staff very friendly, rooms clean, complimentary hot drinks at lobby from 6am, no hot drinks in the room, very spacious, comfortable bed. great location for university visits.

Cons: all plugs are near the floor and there is no where to put the cellphone to charge, I had to move chairs around, kind of funny.
