Pros: Good location for a UPenn visit. The automatic access worked seamlessly. Good quality coffee bags and all equipment needed in the room.

Cons: No lift access to upper floors.

A good place in Philly

Pros: I liked the location and the set up of the hotel room. It was great to be able to do the laundry any time.

It is a comfortable place, windows should be noise proof since Chesnut St is a very busy street.

Pros: Location is very convenient, my room was spacious and well decorated.

Cons: one bed lamp was broken, it was a very noisy room, the heat was too high and i tried to cool it down but it wasnt working properly.

Cons: バスタブがあったら最高。シャワーの水がたまりやすくて困った。階段なので、トランクの上げ下げが大変だった。

Nice little room. Good location. Very communicative.

Pros: The virtual checking in process was seamless. Very communicative and available. Great job! Location was great easy to get to. I booked the place to go to the Super Bowl parade. Short notice booking, and there wasn’t a lot of options. Nice little place. Just wish I could’ve gotten an additional bed. Not their fault. But still….
