Great location; good sized room for NYC and well priced

Pros: Staff member on check in was very welcoming and friendly. We arrived after 1:00am with 3 toddlers and she got us checked in quickly and efficiently

Cons: Space for breakfast is much too small. We never found it possible to get a table so purchased breakfast elsewhere

Great place to sleep while seeing all the sites of Broadway.

Pros: Great location and helpful friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable

Cons: The room key card is so sensitive to digital devices that we had to come down to replace it each time we went out.

Pros: The hotel is located in the city center and is conveniently situated

Cons: Renovation is required: the hotel is very old. We checked into the hotel. The room was dirty, and there was trash in the closets left by previous guests.

Pros: the staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay, the rooms were clean and looked as advertised. lots of options at breakfast was good

Pros: 1. Reception team was excellent 2. Prompt services and response 3. Good location and calm area 4. Good house keeping 5. Excellent Wi Fi 6. Easy access to all nearby attractions, shops etc... 7. Subway station 3 minutes walk only

Great location for a short stay in New York

Pros: We got a wonderful view of the Empire State Building. Staff were super friendly and helpful!

Cons: Room was a bit small. The building front is under works, makes it look a bad. The breakfast is ok, room small.

Amazing stay with staff that really care about you.

Pros: An amazing stay at the hotel, who were able to cater for our every need. It was my partners birthday and they decorated the room for us upon arrival. Such a nice thing to do and was a great way to start our trip. Location was amazing for what we wanted. Needed to make sure we went for breakfast early as it does get busy in the dining area. We had the most amazing view of the Empire State Building and we loved staying at the hotel. We will be back for sure.

Pros: Good location, Great hospitality by the staff. Coffee and tea available 24 h. Breakfast was O.K.

Cons: No refrigerator in the room
