Best Western Premier Herald Square

Pros: Location is excellent, staff hospitality is exceptional . Special mention of Laxmi and Misbah . They both were extremely cordial and helpful .

Cons: There is no proper restaurant. So after 11 Am no food is available. No in room dining also .

The perfect base to explore New York! A good comfortable hotel with excellent reception staff

Pros: An absolute gem in the heart of mid Manhattan, the perfect location to get easy and convenient travel to the other areas of New York. The Herald Square subway is only a couple of minutes walk away and is a main station in the network making travel around the city very easy. Very helpful and friendly staff at the hotel. Plenty of great quality restaurants nearby including The Keg Room which is opposite the hotel and Keens Steakhouse, which is an absolute MUST....

Cons: On arrival, we noticed there was no soap in our bathroom and no tea bags. On asking the following morning, this was provided instantly by the reception staff. The room was serviced intermittently through the week but it was just annoying we had to keep asking for tea bags or a top up on the shower gel throughout the week, which is not the fault of the reception staff, but the housekeepers.

Pros: The location was really great, and the staff was very nice! Thanks to Misba for his smile everyday ! And all the staff members are very kind !

Great location

Pros: Very well located in the center of Manhattan. Despite being in the center, not noisy.

Cons: Rooms are a bit too narrow but still acceptable.

New York Fab City!!!!

Pros: Hotel in a great location, room cleaned most days with new towels provided. Loved the cold water at reception as coming in from the very hot city to a very cold cup of water was great, nice little touch. Breakfast was lovely in the little cafe out the back, it did get very busy but the lady did her best to serve everyone quickly and she was so nice. AC was great in to room as it was very hot outside. Tube station only around the corner and bus transport was great also, buy the tube/bus pass great value. Pizza slices around the corner called Roma fab!!!! WIFI was grand

Cons: Can't be helped as it is New York, rooms are small and so are the beds! Bathroom was very small and the water pressure was so bad in the shower , it was a trickle at best!!!!But we were on the 16th floor! Again not hotels fault but a lot of homeless going through the rubbish bags outside.

Pros: Very good position. Nice stuff - Mohammed and Mina from the reception were great
