Pros: Super location, friendly staff. I felt safe and sound here. The rooftop view of Empire State Building is incredible and the roof terrace is a nice place to relax Breakfast was great, plenty of choice

Cons: Prices of drinks from the cooler in reception a bit expensive

Pros: Room was very comfortable. The Roof terrace was a great addition with good views over Manhattan and the Empire state building

Cons: The elevators where difficult to get often with a 10 min or more wait as the place was busy and only 2 elevators.

Hotel was excellent and a perfect location. The room could also fit our family of 6 which is fantastic and very unusual

Pros: Location was excellent and room was very comfortable.

Cons: The sofa bed was not very comfortable as the mattress was very thin

Pros: Great place to stay if you visiting NY for the first time. The location is perfect. 30min walk and you reach Central park! Free tea during your our visit was great also the staff was very friendly!

Cons: I would love to have more vegetables during breakfast.
