Cute intercity boutique hotel - comfy and quite

Pros: The location the boutique feel the staff esp Steve - and there is a Resturent which was great with all the snow and all the little details like marshmallows and a chocolate fountain every night - we will be back x

Pros: Great location, staff great, liked the hot chocolate, water and chocolate fountain, Door man so friendly

Cons: Sofa bed mattress very saggy. A light by sofa bed would have been good. No actual lighting on that part of suite.

Cons: The only real negative was that the second fold out bed was uncomfortable.

Faultless

Pros: Attentive staff. Spacious rooms. We booked the queen suite. The restaurant next door is very good. Rooms are clean and amenities are to high standard. Complimentary coffee and water bottles were much appreciated. Special shoutout to shelley on reception
