Courtyard New York Manhattan/Times Square

Great location, view and staff, loved it!

Pros: Great hotel, beautiful views, very nice room, clean, space, amazing location and fantastic staff from night reception to cleaning team, everyone is very nice, helpful and truly caring about the customers. Thank you. To be repeated soon hopefully!

A great accommodation experience.

Pros: The location of the hotel is amazing. Metro entrance is at the corner of the street. Times Square is just 1 minute walk. The room is cleaned regularly every day. The employees are extremely friendly and kind.

Cons: The only bad experience I had was that the 3 pieces of one-liter coffee creams, which I delivered to the hotel attendant to keep in the refrigerator on the last day of my 10-day stay and bought by paying 35 dollars, could not be found when I left the hotel and no staff apologized for this. Just saying ‘we couldn’t find it’.

Perfect for a solo stay

Pros: Perfect room size and amenities for a solo trip to New York. The location was brilliant, very comfortable bed and friendly/helpful staff. As I stayed for 6 nights it was a bonus to have easy access to a washing machine and dryer so I didn’t bring a load of washing home! Would definitely stay again

Cons: I stayed over Christmas so it was expensive but that was to be expected. Room was a bit dated but all the positives outweighed that.

If i hadn't seen cockroach or hadn't held my credit card ransom for a month. Id stay here again

Pros: Really central. Walk left from the hotel to the end of the street you are at time square. Walk right to the end of the street you are at Bryant Park the staff is very friendly.

Cons: We had a cockroach in our room. Took a while for them to come get it. To be fair they did offer us another room but we didn't have time to move as we were literally heading out to a concert in NJ . Gave us free breakfast to compensate but yeah that wasn't happening. Nobody answers messages or emails Sent a few questioning security room deposit as it still showed on my credit card 1 month later . Good luck getting a response.

Great staff, clean apartment, and located in a great location to access major destinations in New York city.

Pros: Location is really great for travellers. Major locations of NYC are in walking distance from the hotel.

Very central

Pros: Very nice hotel, very central near to Times Square and a subway station right outside, the staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walking to most of the sites near to and around Times Square.

Cons: The breakfast was a bit disapointing, we were hoping for a typical American buffet breakfast, but it was just a coffee and a choice of Bagel or a yogurt with granola and a muffin.

Pros: The bed was so comfortable. And the cleanliness was on point. The staff at the reception were helpful.

Cons: 1.TV wasn't working so i couldn't watch movies on Netflix. 2. No drinking water in the room

Pros: Excellent size rooms that were cleaned daily. The staff were all very helpful. Location was perfect minutes from Times Square.
