Pros: breakfast was good but can include more eggs variations . also it was the same breakfast menu everyday few changes would be great idea. drinking water availability.

Cons: Location of this hotel is great and you can walk everywhere around. Timesquare is just outside 2 min away. eating joints are closer. big bus , railway station , even uber is easily avilable.

Perfect hotel for a first time tourist to New York

Pros: The location is unbeatable. Easy walking distance to the main tourist areas and just half a block to the subway. The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast keeps you going all day. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had great views. Safe area.

Pros: Fantastic location. The view from our room was incredible. The staff were lovely and the hotel is so clean.

Cons: This is more of a heads up rather than a complaint. The hotel hold a damage deposit while you're there which is no problem but I think it was $600 so it's good to be aware of this ahead of time.
