Pros: The room was very nice. I stayed in the penthouse suite and couldn’t have asked for a comfier environment.

Cons: I would’ve liked a gym, however, everything else was amazing.

Tiny room, but a great location to explore NYC

Pros: Excellent location. This is minutes from Times Square, and it's very Broadway with the lights and etting. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. There is a restaurant downstairs, so you can pick up coffee in the morning.

Cons: The room was really tiny. Fortunately I had just one small suitcase. There is a window, but it just overlooks a wall.

Pros: The bed was so so comfortable and it is in such a great location of New York City.

Cons: It was a bit outdated and the security deposit takes a long time to refund but otherwise the property was perfect for our short stay.

Great Staff Great Location

Pros: The staff was very nice and welcoming. I asked them to put a message on the marquee ahd they did it. The location is perfect. We would stay again for sure!

Cons: The room is very small but I get it. You are paying for location not the size of the room. We were on the 2nd floor and could very clearing hear the music at night from the bar downstairs.

Pros: This so close to train station, just walk. Don't get in any taxis, you just need to how get out of train station, and for me I just needed to look to my right. Which still needed a little help, small room but was what needed, and the place gave free drink voucher on arrival. As theirs a Irish pub with location.wasnt noisy. Great they had lifts and didn't mind holding on to your bags until check in time, most co operate as you pay good money here, nice that they look after you

Cons: Well should stay here 2 nights as next place wasn't worth its money. Evan though it was good location but poor facilities
