Hotel novo, localização excelente e acomodações muito agradáveis

Pros: Ron, who works in the restaurant, was always very friendly and professional. There was a Dyson hair dryer in the room, amazing! Never saw a Dyson in a hotel before.

Beautiful hotel with a perfect location for tourists.

Pros: Very nice staff at the reception and at breakfast, nice hotel in a perfect location.

Cons: We wanted the room to be cleaned for two days and requested it only by pressing the housekeeping request button in the room, not by contacting the reception directly. However, nobody cleaned the room that day. Maybe it works differently in America than in Europe, but it slightly affected our overall impression. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Pros: Everything, staff are excellent attentive polite helpful the list goes on. Location is amazing right where you want to be surrounded by nice coffee shops and nice places to eat. Stones throw from Time Square without the madness.

Central, modern and clean hotel with great facilities and staff

Pros: Central location, fast lifts, clean modern room and bathroom and very comfortable beds. Friendly staff and easy to get to places from the hotel. Shops close by to get food also.

Cons: As a New York hotel room it’s quite small for 4 adults in one room but expect this for New York.

Room large , very clean , staff helpful, no natural light in room disappointing

Pros: Room was very large and kept very clean , staff were very helpful

Cons: Our room view was looking into the inside of the building , which meant there was no natural light coming in to the room ! Which felt claustrophobic ! I was very disappointed !
