Perfect location

Pros: The location is ideal as it is close to Times Square, Times Square subway station but in a relatively private street. The bed was large and comfortable. Personnel was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast hours were ideal. Good sound insulation with the AC unit providing perfect white noise.

Cons: Not having a microwave and kettle in the room.

Pros: It’s unique location, being so close to many places of attraction. House keeping was outstanding, especially not being bothered when wanting to sleep in.

Pros: The city view from our window was absolutely amazing! We paid an additional $200 for it, and it was definitely worth it. Waking up and seeing the skyline every day made our stay extra special. As requested, our room was located away from the lift, which we truly appreciated as it provided a quieter environment for our autistic daughter. This attention to our request meant a lot to us. We also loved coming back to a beautifully prepared room after a long day of exploring the city — Doris is the best! Everything was always spotless and welcoming. The location is simply perfect. For us, it couldn’t have been better — everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach.

Cons: The staff are very, very nice and polite, but the check-in process took quite a long time. After a long journey, especially when traveling with children, a quicker check-in would make a big difference. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, although we have to say — the waffles were amazing!

Best location!! Close subway and everything interesting!

Pros: Location is unmatched. Bed was very comfortable and very good room dimensions. Complementary coffee and tea at reception is a nice touch. Nice sound proofing. Very close to subway and broadway.
