Pros: The staff were amazing always ready to give advise and help in any way they could.

Pros: Room size was as expected. The hotel was very clean, and facilities were adequate. Staff was wonderful and helpful. During my stay there was a lockdown due to a storm, and the reception staff offered fridges to keep supplies cold during the lockdown. Most appreciated :)

Best budget hotel in NYC

Pros: I stayed during the holidays, and even though the streets and hotels were packed, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was spotless and very well insulated. The hotel’s location was excellent—only a 5-minute walk to the subway and the main streets.

Pros: Really lovely all round - room perfect, staff friendly and a fantastic location! We booked and checked in within an hour having had to leave our first ‘hotel’ as it was so awful and this couldn’t have been more different - such a relief!

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like! A small fridge would be useful and maybe a kettle but would 100% stay here again even without these :-)

All you need when travelling solo

Pros: Basic room, comfortable bed, clean. Few minutes walk from times square. Value for money.

Cons: Scaffolding on the outside but I guess that should be temporary. Not enough electricity plugs. There were some USB ports however they didnt work and need modernising.

Pros: The hotel's location was excellent; I felt very safe returning to my room alone even late at night. There is a delicious Turkish wrap (dürüm) restaurant very close by, which was a huge plus. The sheets and towels were spotless. Overall, a very clean and convenient stay.

Cons: The wooden blinds were faulty and didn't close completely, so the room stayed a bit too bright at night. Fixing this would definitely improve the sleep quality. Also, it would be great to have a toilet brush and cotton swabs provided in the bathroom for better convenience.

Pros: The location, is wonderful. The location is good because being close to the authority allows you to connect with everything quickly; as an operations center, it is unbeatable. The view from our room was fabulous.

Pros: The hotel is clean, well-organized, and ideal for a pleasant stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Although the room is compact, it’s cozy and has everything you need. The location is excellent — close to Times Square and other main attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
