Pros: It's right in the middle of Manhattan so conveniently located for a 5 day trip. One has to walk 10 min to the Penn station

Cons: The coffee wasn't great, but it was complimentary. The blanket sheets are not closable ( is that an American thing?) which was well tolerable with the great mattress.

Great stay

Pros: Location is excellent, near a lot of subway lines. I thought the room size was great for Manhattan, I've certainly paid more for smaller rooms. Loved the big window and the bathroom areas were a great size. Every single staff member I encountered was helpful and friendly.

Cons: I know other people have commented but the lift situation is crazy.

Great comfortable stay in a very central clean hotel.

Pros: Hotel was in a great location. Lovely Smell in reception!! Beds were so comfy. Rooms small but I think decent size for NYC. Lovely City view from the room. Clean & Modern. Breakfast although not included in our stay was reasonably priced. Free tea/Coffee. Lift times were no problem. Hotel secure at night, needed key card for entry. Cleaning daily.

Cons: Soundproofing although on 23rd floor there was some street noise, it didn't really bother me, but might be a problem for some. you could here people coming and going on same floor.

Pros: The room was great, well equiped and had a decent size. Very close to 2 different metro lines is also something to highlight,

Cons: Nothing to object honestly , dont think you can get something better at this price point

Pros: Amazing staff they have a cute bar and snack bar downstairs. Room we booked was really small but I guess we should’ve expected this considering it’s NYC. Couldn’t have had a better location. Great stay.

Pros: good location, close to the metro stations not noisy at night (high floor+good insulation) comfortable bed spacious and clean room and bathroom

Cons: Cleaning service took place only in the evening when i was already sleeping(around 20.00). During the morning and the day when i was outside nobody cleaned, so i didnt have room service for the whole duration of stay(4 nights). Location after the dark for me not comfortable to walk alone(feel not safe, but nothing happend), during the day it is ok.
