felt like a home away from home, i will most definitely book here again on my next visit

Pros: the location was super convenient to the places i had planned to visit. loved the rooftop with view of the one world trade center. staff were welcoming. rooms were very clean. bathroom slightly small but the big bedroom made up for it.

Pleasant stay in the city!

Pros: Good sized room and comfortable bed! Great location in the city, which was perfect for my commute to the office. The room was clean and quiet enough.

Cons: The bathroom was a little cramped, even getting the door open and maneuvering past the toilet was tricky! The coffee machine was very temperamental.

Friendly botique hotel at Chelsea

Pros: Room was cleaned daily, friendly staff. Very spacious room, comfortable bed. Great shower amenities. Fantastic location- right near a lot of subway stations and walking distance from Penn station.

Cons: For some reason bathroom air con was freezing… Blanket was thin.

Super nice hotel with a great location

Pros: The hotel provided free coffee and tea every morning which was really nice. The location was perfectly central and there wasn’t too much noise from outside. Even during the extreme cold outside the rooms were nice and warm.

Pros: The location is very good. Guys on reception were very helpful and friendly. Free tea and coffee were available in the bar in the morning.

Cons: The temperature in the reception and bar area could have been warmer. No breakfast option was available.

Pros: Room was a great size. Hotel was so central and the staff were very helpful. The rooftop was an added bonus.

Fab location. Excellent value.

Pros: The location was amazing. Unbeatable really for general NYC sights without the hassle of Times Square. Also bonus that transport to JFK via LIRR and Air train is so easy from here via Penn Station which is walkable. Subway at end of road. The rooms were spacious by nyc standards given the price paid. Great value.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit mouldy with historic build up in the shower so some refresh needed there but didn't change good experience which was great value for money.
