Hilton Garden Inn New York/Manhattan-Chelsea

Perfect location and great staff, great service.

Pros: The property is centrally located with all major attractions accessible on foot or using subway. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit old and in need of renovation. It was cleaned but didn’t look so. The toilet seat looked really dirty while it wasn’t actually.

comfy and nice

Pros: first of all the bed was SUPER comfy, for real it was one of the best beds i ever slept on im not exaggerating…i wanted it to never end… it was clean and we arrived like 2pm and checked in right away. staff was nice and felt safe staying there, location was good there were some good cafe’s and restaurants nearby and was like 10 minutes walk to times square.( i forgot my airpods and they found and reached out thanks for the help )

Pros: The hotel is in a very good location for exploring the city on foot, whether you’re heading downtown/ uptown. The metro station is also very close. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is simple but decent. The room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily. A very comfortable stay.

Pros: Location & staff is the best thing about this hotel. You get what you pay for & this was great value for money. The breakfast was just enough which was included in price. People loading their plates then not eating it😡 saved us a load of money instead of eating out every morning. You get more of a local feeling, away from all the bloggers & idiots taking selfies.

Cons: Nothing, it was just used as a base to sleep at.

Pros: The receptionist who greeted me speaks Spanish, which was great!! 😀

Cons: I arrived a few minutes before my check-in, and the first receptionist who attended to me ignored me.

Good hotel for the price in a great location!

Pros: The location was absolutely fantastic - in a great part of Manhattan and mere metres from the Subway station. Also lots of bars, restaurants and shops around!

Cons: The lifts/ stairways/ public areas were a in a bit of need of updating (but really, who cares about that!) and the heater/ AC system in the room was incredibly loud. But absolutely nothing to put me off staying here again!

Pros: Staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Lorraine at the front desk, she remembers customer's names and super nice.

Cons: The restaurant was very cold and could not stay long.
