covers all the basics

Pros: Great location. got a last minute deal so good value for money for Manhattan, rooms were clean and bed comfortable, we asked for extra bedding and it was promptly provided, all comms by staff was great.

Cons: Breakfast is not great, Manhattan in general is quite loud and there was a loud whirring vent outside the room, staff offered to move rooms but the noise was worse so we stayed put, they did offer us earplugs and were willing to move us late at night.

Comfortable and welcoming, will definitely stay again

Pros: Clean and well presented. The room was very comfortable with its own balcony and refreshments were readily available.

Cons: I had no concerns about the property

Great little boutique hotel at a very reasonable price

Pros: Room was a decent size and had a very nice balcony and roof terrace. Bed very comfortable and air conditioned. Continental breakfast was good and included in price. Staff very helpful. Useful to have the iron and ironing board.

Cons: Only problem I encountered was the key didn’t open the door once but it was soon remedied so not a major problem

Would stay again no questions asked.

Pros: Room, checkin in experience, cleanliness all amazing to be honest. Was surprisingly comfortable and in a city like New York it was very very silent.

Cons: The entrance to the hotel is not the most beautiful, once inside that feeling goes away but the first impact insn't great when you arrive at the location.

Recommend as good stop for NYC visit. Nice hotel with friendly staff

Pros: Very friendly staff who were always accommodating to any needs. Very central location. Good size hotel room.

Cons: Would be easier to have kettle with tea/coffee in room rather than phone for it. The air con/ heater unit was very noisy.
