Pros: Location was great coming from Newark and getting off at Penn Station was so easy to get here. Rooms were tidy and clean. Staff were polite and respectful.

Amazing

Pros: We loved the hotel , we stayed 8 nights , the hotel is close to everything , 10m from time square , 2m from Penn station . The hotel is super clean, with very comfortable beds and pillows. From housekeeping to security, everyone is very helpful, and whenever you request something, they fix it immediately. A big thank you to Jennifer. For me, the stars of guest service are Aleistair and Winston .They go above and beyond and are always ready to help. You guys are the true value of the hotel. If I ever come back to New York, this will be the hotel I choose again.

Cons: The only thing management should take into consideration is providing a coffee machine, either in the room or in the lobby.

Pros: Very nice accessibility in midtown and the middle of the city. there are two famous bagel shops beside it. Most of the days I could take the subway nearby

Cons: During the peak season(Christmas), I paid 600-700 USD per a day but nevertheless one or two of the days it didn't hot water in the shower booth.

Great location and comfy stay in cental NY

Pros: Central location; comfy beds; Japanese toilet; bathroom; some rooms have the clothes steam closet - absolutely amazing! We changed a room facing inner street which was signifitantly quiter than facing 35th street. Wonderful breakfast spots nextdoor - Best Bagels (really had best bagels, better than Liberty bagels), Starbucks. Penn metro station just a few steps away. Madison square garden arena very close - was just less than 10 after the NBA game.

Cons: Bed frames(easy to kick it); noisy if facing the 35 street; some of the front desk staff never said hello.

Cons: Even if not common in US - hotels at this level would add to the experience with in room espresso machines and capsules provided - for USD 300 room per night it is a very small add on cost and increases expressive a lot
