Location and staff make this a brilliant place to stay

Pros: Location was perfect for exploring manhattan. Beds were so comfortable and the staff were amazingly helpful.

Cons: A little outdated decor wise, and the internet required frequent log ins which was a little annoying at times.

Convenient location and comfortable stay.

Pros: The staff were kind and courteous. The room itself was comfortable and had the necessary facilities. Location of the hotel was close to subways and other public transport. Walking distance to some city attractions.

Pros: Amazing location, the hotel is right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to visit. Very close to the subway or only a 25-minute walk to Times Square. 2 minute walk from the flat iron building with a lovely little park at the end of the st. 10 minute walk to the Empire state or Macys, and about 20 minutes walk to the high line, etc. The facilities of our room were basic and the view we had was of buildings surrounding our room so it felt like we were in a basement room, but we literally only slept there and made the most out of touring NYC with our time. The staff were lovely and friendly and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants on the street and close by. The bed was super comfy, and the shower was decent, too. Overall it was perfect was what we needed.

Cons: The only disappointment was the no view of anything other than building blocks from our room and that it was a small room, they also don't have a lamp or side light, so it's either all bright lights or darkness, which was difficult when getting up before my daughter and not wanting to disturb her.
