Pros: Everything. The area, the staff, the service and cleanliness of the hotel was superb.

Cons: The only negative for me was that you couldn’t pay for anything at the time of purchase it all had to go on your room bill but that could be a cultural thing in our part of the world we don’t do that. We like to pay as we go.

Beautiful view and good value for money

Pros: Very nice location and good view to the Empire Stste Building from the room. The lobby is also lovely.

Cons: The room was very small. There wasn't minibar at the room.

Pros: Comfortable central stay in Chelsea. Good size rooms and bathroom. Complementary water and small treats in the lobby. Great to explore NYC and the neighborhoods. Engaged staff helping with earlier room availability and later check out

Cons: Noise from other guest rooms seeping into the room at night. Lobby bar area nice, but mostly overcrowded by people waiting for their rooms or transfer from the hotel

Pros: Incredibly quiet, could hear a pin drop which is remarkable for New York! Very modern rooms and great breakfast! My go to hotel from now on! A real gem!
