Pros: The hotel was brilliant and view from our room was epic

Cons: The room could do with a little more storage

Pros: Amazing view, room on the smaller side but comfortable and renovated

Pros: Great location, very central to everything. Well looked after hotel with a great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Cons: Not very soundproof. Can hear everything in the corridor outside and vice versa in to people’s rooms as you’re walking past.

Pros: The welcome to start our stay was lovely, very helpful, gave us all information that we needed. Our stay was so comfortable, so relaxing. quite possibly the most perfect spot to everything we wanted to do walking distance. It was just perfect! The hotel had a quirky feel but smart. Room service everyday, very clean and you can smell how clean it is when you first walk through reception. We had an outstanding stay and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Pros: Lovely property, well decorated. Lovely lounge upstairs, probably the best part.

Cons: Small rooms and lobby area.

Pros: The hotel is nice but just lacks in space. Rooms are extremely small but since we were sightseeing we didn’t mind it as much as we spent much of our time outside the hotel. The lobby was also very small and when there was an influx of people checking in it was hard to move around and even get a lift because you would have to wait a long time. Staff were friendly and professional.

Cons: Our only downside of this property was really the lack of space.

Pros: The location was perfect. The view from our landmark king room was amazing. Super comfortable stay and the staff are super welcoming and helpful. Will be staying again!

Cons: The shower temperature was either way too hot or too cold but I find that quite common in large hotels.

A perfectly nice hotel in a great location

Pros: Amazing view from the view rooms. Comfortable for one person travelling, might be a bit small for two persons with luggage. Location very comfortable and easy via Airtrain and the Subway to travel from JFK to the hotel.

Cons: I was on floor 42, and I feel like in the next room or straight above there might have been a laundry room with washing machines going all night long. It wasn't very loud, but in a room totally free from street noise it was a bit prominent. It would not stop me from staying in that room again though. Also I couldn't get the shower to stay one temperature. It turned cold and hot every 5 seconds.

Cons: My check in experience could have been more kind and well catered, it was late at night and the staff member made me feel I was inconenient as a costumer

Amazing hotel just a stones throw away from all of the attractions with amazing views of the city.

Pros: Great location, amazing views, no busy wait times for lifts. Very clean and modern.

Cons: Was not told about a ‘holding deposit’ before money was taken, although this was returned a few days after we checked out.
