Ideal spot midtown with the best view and beds!

Pros: location, room size, beds so comfortable!, view is so worth the extra, very nice staff

Cons: gym is small and should be cleaned more, lobby amenities should remain put for longer

Great hotel... (We might have go lucky with our room but...)

Pros: Location was brilliant, room was great, the view from the room was just *wow*... We might have got lucky, but my God, what a view...

Cons: Nothing - but didn't eat or drink in the hotel so unable to comment on the facilities.

Location was good, rooms were very clean and comfortable

Pros: Location was good, close to many things and a short walk from Penn station. Very clean rooms. Room cleaner does a great job

Cons: Staff were friendly enough but lack communication with each other. Had to explain things many times. I originally emailed and didn’t get a response back. Gym was very small, no floor space.
