Good value in Manhattan

Pros: Very good location! It was a hotel in Manhattan with spacious rooms, a great location, and excellent value for money.

Cons: The breakfast was sometimes lackluster. Probably because of the snow.

Great hotel

Pros: Room was big (2 beds) and clean. Breakfast was included (there were yogurt, bread, cupcake, waffle machine, corn flakes, dispenser with juices, and possibility to do hot drinks). Staff was very kindly and available. Empire State building was 10 minutes walk. Bus and subway stops are close to hotel

Pros: Location was a 11 minute walk from Pennsylvania Station and check-in went smoothly. Staff were friendly and the building was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good and we could always find a place to sit as a family, it was busy though.

Cons: Sometimes the wait for the elevator was longer than we would have liked.

Happy, good value for money.

Pros: 15-20 minutes easy walk from Penn Station. My wife and I walked to the hotel at 11.30pm down 7th Ave and had no problem at all (we are both in late 70s). The next morning we walked to Grand Central (about 30 minutes) so we reckon it is pretty well located. We could have stayed closer to Penn Station on Grand Central but not for the same value including breakfast. Good Wi-Fi too.

Cons: Not much. We knew what we were getting. Breakfast was a bit busy at 8.30am but we were not in a hurry. Perhaps a bit more fruit as a breakfast option would be good.

A good choice for Chelsea, breakfast included.

Pros: Great location. Good room size for New York, friendly staff.

Cons: No locked space to leave luggage, just by reception which wasn’t always manned. A friend trying to contact me by phone on the main hotel number was unable to get a reply.

Pleasant stay

Pros: My wife liked the breakfast. The location in the heart of the district, between the busyness of 6th Ave and the quieter Chelsea. Good food all around. Shops too. We we fortunate to be there st the weekend street market which was great.

Cons: The room is a bit small.
