As perfect as the first 5 nights!

Pros: We loved everything! I left a longer review based on our 5 night stay but we got stuck in the blizzard and had to stay an extra night- the staff could not have been any more helpful. The team are a credit to the hotel. Their customer service is exceptional.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic location and fantastic staff!!

Pros: The location is fantastic, the room was perfect for the 3 of us - we had 2 double beds! The storage under the bed is really handy. The bathroom is amazing. Our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was handy as a grab and go option but we ate out every day. The drinks and sweets each day in the lobby were a lovely treat ☺️

Great hotel, great location

Pros: The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean and tidy, the shower was very good aswell

Cons: It wasn’t that I didn’t like it however it needs to be updated on booking.com because we had to pay $300 deposit on arrival but it says £72 on booking.com so this was a litttle bit annoying as I hadn’t planned for it

Pros: Loved the location. Staff all.helpful and friendly. Nice having a bar and place to grab breakfast (with free coffee!). Room was compact, but had everything we needed.

Great location and services.

Pros: The location was great, room was compact but had everything you needed and was clean. Great amenities, having the $20 a day to spend on the pop up bakery was a great touch.

Cons: You could really hear the noise from outside especially late in the evening when people had vacated the roof top bar. I’ve stayed in this location before and didn’t experience the noise as much. Definitely bring earplugs.

Great location, would stay here again.

Pros: Bed and pillows really comfortable. Location excellent, central for most attractions and near subway station. Liked the grab and go breakfast option. Very special rooftop bar overlooking The Empire State. Staff are very friendly in reception area. Sweeties in the foyer in the afternoon are complimentary so a nice touch. Ioved the decor of the hotel and rooms.

Cons: Bed pushed against the wall so not ideal as one person had to climb over the other. We were first shown to a ridiculously small room and had to battle to get a more acceptable room. Noise from street but ear plugs helped.
