A perfect combination of comfort, location, and hospitality.
Pros: My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to New York City. The room was a good size, very clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and had a great shower, which we really appreciated after long days exploring the city. The hotel kindly stored our luggage free of charge both before check-in and after check-out due to our flight schedules, which was extremely helpful and convenient. The location is excellent, close to bus stops and within a short walking distance to subway stations, making it very easy to get around the city. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met or our expectations.

Amazing place to stay if you're looking for something cheap and central. The value is incredible.
Pros: Exceeded my expectations - beyond incredible for the price. Had the best sleep I ever had in Manhattan - even though the hotel is in LES / Chinatown, the rooms were very quiet and comfy, and the coffee was very strong and plentiful - just what I needed.
Cons: Everything was excellent.

Excellent location - friendly staff, super clean
Pros: Excellent location in Chinatown - felt really safe, cool cafes, bakeries and pizza close by and super central for subway. Front desk staff excellent
Cons: The room was super small but our first visit to NYC so not sure what you get for your money really?

Price/Performance is optimum for location
Pros: Location is close to metro and bus stations. Times Square is easily reached with Metro. There is free tea and coffee served in the lobby. Room has some complimentary snacks and two bottles of water. The room was clean.
Cons: If the one and only elevator somehow is not working, you have to climb 10 floors.

Pros: Staff extremely helpful. Lazaro especially. Spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable. View from some rooms of the Manhattan Bridge awesome
Cons: Chinatown its self is not the cleanest area but doesn’t take anything away from the hotel

Good value for money
Pros: Clean and nice hotel. Room was cleaned every day and towels changed. The staff was very polite and helpfull. Wifi worked very well altough we were in the 9th floor and the view was great. Room was just enough for two adults. Would absolutely recommed this hotel!
Cons: Location was a bit unpleasant but that was something we were suspecting when choosing this location, so not hotels fault. Still felt safe. Only negative thing was the noises from the room next door. We woke up one night at 4 am because of the noise.

Stay was comfortable and enjoyable
Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming, and the reception was available 24/7, which was very convenient. Every day, complimentary water, snacks, and a coffee capsule were provided in the room. The room itself was quite clean, with regular housekeeping. There was also a safe in the room, which was very convenient. Another great feature was the large TV with internet access and Smart TV functions, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. I especially appreciated having a window with a city view – something that’s quite rare in Manhattan.
Cons: The only downsides were the beds, which creaked a bit, and the room itself was very small – there was barely enough space to move around. There was no wardrobe, which made it a bit inconvenient for storing clothes. And of course, the price felt quite high compared to many other places around the world, but I guess that’s Manhattan.

Pros: Friendly staff, huge bathroom, comfortable large room, good views!
Cons: The bathtub had some mold, the silicon could be re-done. I could hear other guests coming and going.

Pros: We liked everything. The room is small but very clean and cozy. Comfortable bed. White soft towels. We checked the time well. The hotel is located in a good area. Close to the metro and you can walk around. Many shops nearby
