Great to explore the city

Pros: Great location to access public transport and explore the city -, just stayed for one night and it was perfect for a quick stop over. Very close to Penn Station

Cons: Stairs to access room, no lift maybe something to consider if you have a lot of luggage

Cons: There was no elevator which was a bit of a pain but not a huge issue

Pros: No fuss hotel. Location was great, very close to Penn Station.

Cons: Windows are not sound proof. A noisy NYC street at night with heavy vehicles doing their thing was disturbing.

Great value accommodation that was clean and neat, in an unbeatable location.

Pros: Unbeatable location an easy 2 minute stroll from train station, 15 minute walk to Times Square and Empire State. The place was clean and just as described. Beds and bathroom were good. Yes, rooms are small, yes there is New York street noise. But for the price, as a base for exploring it was perfect and great value.

Cons: It isn’t a holiday stay accommodation, just a clean bed and bathroom. But it is described like that, and I can’t ask for more than transparency and no surprises. Otherwise, no complaints.

Pros: They have vacant room but from booking.com booking they said checkin will be at 3pm. And checkout at 11 am. Must. Very noisy place. Even you check at night must be checkout at 11am. Even we paid extra. Its not value for money. Very bad experience.

Relaxed and a great location!

Pros: Fantastic location, right in the heart of all the action! If you are active all the attractions can be walked to but if you wanted to get subways/trains you have 34th, Penn and 28th all withing a few minutes walk. All the staff I saw/spoke to were very friendly and always had a smile. Definitely a great place if you are after simple/basic and clean for a reasonably priced hotel in a central location. I stayed for 6 days, I was out everyday all day and only returned to shower and sleep, it was perfect for the 2 of us! In a city that doesn't sleep it is noisy but don't worry as there is a bowl with earplugs in the reception! Overall I would stay here again due to its great location.

Cons: The window was slightly broken and very hard to lock shut. Wifi wasn't very stable. The paint work was a bit slap happy, paint on curtains and fittings. Mould on grout in shower. The bathroom light was on a sensor not a switch so getting up in the night for a pee the fan would start which was quite loud.
