SpringHill Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan Chelsea

Pros: Xavier was very supportive and he helped me out throughout the entire time i was there!! He welcomed me every morning and was pleasant to be around! He recommended so many nice places to shop around etc. Hoping to be welcomed by him again when I next come to nyc at this hotel . The view was amazing as well, Thank you to him - from Anne

Pros: Loved everything- clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, nice breakfast, free coffee and tea in the lobby, good location and most of all the amazing view to manhattan from the room

Great stay with an unbeatable location and amazing views

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan Chelsea. The location is absolutely perfect, very close to Penn Station and within easy walking distance of many great neighborhoods, which makes exploring Manhattan incredibly convenient. The staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay, and made the experience very pleasant. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from the north-facing rooms. Sleeping and waking up to a direct view of the Empire State Building was truly special!

Cons: Everything was excellent, only a couple of small suggestions for improvement: the breakfast hot options were limited to three (usually eggs and sausages), so adding a few more choices, perhaps a vegetarian option like mushrooms, could be nice given the number of guests. Also, while the hotel kindly allows luggage to be left after checkout, there isn't a dedicated baggage room, so storage is only possible for a few hours.

Great New York hotel

Pros: Great, great view from 46th floor. Perfect big bed. Nice people work there. Not bad breakfast. They fulfilled my request for the three rooms I booked, which was so nice.

Cons: Once, I had to use the stairs and walk down from the 46th floor because the lift couldn't reach me for about 30 minutes before breakfast (on the day of check-out).

Perfect location, would stay here again.

Pros: Amazing location with good proximity to all locations, clean & spacious room, friendly staff.

Cons: The free breakfast is nice gesture however we didn’t love the selection when we went down.

Fresh, Clean and Welcoming

Pros: When we first arrived to the hotel it smelt so clean and fresh their was such a beautiful aroma that felt so welcoming and I loved that smell every time we came back from an outing, the whole place smelt and looked fresh and clean all the time. The location was great so close to all the attractions like MSG, Time Square, Empire State Building and Subways on every corner everything was walking distance like food outlets and grocery stores. Breakfast in the hotel was brilliant so many different options and the menu was different everyday the Staff were very lovely, friendly & helpful and being able to come down to make coffees or hot chocolates was a bonus Staff were always efficient when there was not coffee or mild they would get it sorted straight away.

Cons: I couldn't fault anything only trying to get an elevator in the morning wasn't easy but having operators in them did help.

Pros: The view from the room and the excellent location. Staff was super helpful and kind.

Our first New York experience

Pros: We found the staff extremely helpful and genuinely friendly, always ready to accommodate our needs. All the services were extremely efficient as well. On the 28th floor the view was spectacular, and on the 46th floor the view was even more breathtaking with a clear view of the empire state building. The breakfast had great variety, was very appetising, very good quality, always fresh and in stock and kept us always satisfied. Whoever is lucky enough to stay in this hotel, will experience New York at it's full potential with a price worth paying.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like was that the bathroom tap of the sink was awkwardly located as water kept splashing out.
