Pros: Friendly helpfully staff. Nice continental breakfast. Comfortable beds

Cons: Lift was noisy, could be heard in the rooms. Air con tricky to get right balance.

Hotel Hayden review

Pros: Staff extremely helpful especially Nicky. location great. Clean sheets and towels everyday. Room service everyday.

Cons: Reception area very cold. Building inside old, could do with revamp. No kettle in room only coffee machine so difficult to make tea or other drinks. Aware other bedrooms in hotel were cold but ours was cosy.

Cons: Toilet needs bidet. Had to keep asking for towels. Could have offered more drinking water in room.

Beautiful gem and and amazing location

Pros: Amazing location so close to everything and on a beautiful street full of flowers! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was the perfect way to start the day.

Fantastic

Pros: The room was clean and comfy. 10 min walk from PennStation and MSG with a lot of shops near and very handy position for visiting the big apple. Breakfast was included and it helped a lot.

Charming hotel in a great location

Pros: Staff were wonderful - always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Location in the historic flower district is fantastic. Room was a generous size and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Busy, but hotel in good location, comfortable, clean and friendly staff

Pros: Location ideal, short walk from tourist land marks, such as Empire State Building, Times square, the high line, little island, friends experience etc. Room clean and tidy, staff lovely, continental breakfast to start your day

I will rebook due to location / swift elevators / and the rooms were clean and big enough for my nee

Pros: limited rooms meant shorter wait times for the elevators. Rooms were clean upon arrival.

Cons: The pillows provided were not very good... the sizes were 20x20, but not sufficient for my needs. I am in the bedding business and took a pillow from my office/showroom to sleep with. The bed had a vinyl mattress pad that crinkled, and I sweated - maybe find another option?
