The hotel was perfect for our stay and we would recommend it anytime.

Pros: The hotel is located perfectly breakfast places as well as nice restaurants of all sorts are within walking distance. The room was rather small for a family of 4 but served the purpose. We had breakfast once and didn't want to repeat it, was okay though.

Cons: The rooms should have queens size beds

Pros: Wonderfully located next to Penn Station, Madison Sq Garden, Empire State Building, shopping, transportation. Clean, comfortable with all the facilities needed for a great holiday

Cons: A bit noisy- easily solved with ear plugs overnight

Well positioned hotel at Midtown NYC

Pros: The location of this hotel is ideal as only 10 minutes walk to Penn Station/Macy’s and an additional stroll to Times Square. Our room was at the 19th floor out of 21. It was modern, clean and calm. The room isn’t too big but suitable for the 4 of us. The amenities were a good quality. We used the fitness room and was great for a 3 stars hotel. We didn’t take our breakfast at the hotel because at the corner of our street we had more choices and we wanted to enjoy the real New Yorker experience vs. staying for breakfast at the hotel. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Next door there was a pub. We recommend this hotel as it is in the heart of the city and easy access to subways.

Cons: Probably a larger room would have been slightly better. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Pros: I asked for early check-in since I arrived in the city early. The hotel was able to accommodate me and place me in a room at 10am with no extra charge (official check-in was 4pm). It really made my stay!
