Great location and very comfortable

Pros: We were given an upgrade on our room . The room and beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel, its basic but clean and got very comfortable nights sleep .

Cons: Nothing, it was as I had expected . Were only given one coffee on the last night and there were two of us , but no big deal .also , we're only given one pair of slippers

A lovely place to stay and some amazing views of the bridge!

Excellent value hotel in a great location in lower Manhattan which I would definitely recommend.

Pros: The hotel was in a very safe district and in a very convenient location for the subway and Chinatown. The hotel was very clean overall and well furnished. The room was small, although we knew this, but the two double beds were positioned so that there was maximum space in the room. The room was made up every day to a very high standard and towels replaced. We were on the third floor and didn't really hear any noise from any other guests. The breakfast was fine and we were able to select what we wanted each day. The staff continually made sure that everything was always available to select. We felt the hotel was execellent value for money.

Cons: It was a little bit noisy as it was situated very close to the Manhattan Bridge, but again we knew this and got used to the cars and trains passing over. Everything else was fine.

Girls trip

Pros: The location is ideal. Lots of subway entrances which make the commute so convenient. Near the East River and you can see a stunning sunrise. Great rooftop view of the Manhattan Bridge. Also, lots of great food spots within walking distance.

Cons: The only thing is the front desk staff when we arrived was not very friendly...maybe it's a New York thing.

Great place to stay

Pros: Location is good - F train brings you basically to the front door - it's within walking distance of loads of attractions, coffee shops , bars and restaurants. We just used the rooms to sleep, shower and get ready for the day and it served it's purpose well. Clean room , and towels everyday and the room was big enough for 4 adults to sleep comfortably. You don't hear the train overhead either, which was my concern, the AC is louder than the sound of the train, so I'll take that. Staff were friendly and very attentive, and quick responding to my questions before arrival. Also a mini fridge in room was a nice touch.

Cons: The only complaint I have - was there was 4 of us in the room , and whoever was 3rd and 4th in the shower that morning got an ice cold shower, if your into that. Also , no full length mirror in room , but the elevator doors are very shiny so just use them 😂

Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a great location, perfect for exploring New York City.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic — the metro station was very close, making it easy to get anywhere in New York. Despite being in such a central area, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. The terrace on the seventh floor was a lovely surprise, offering a great view of the Manhattan Bridge.

Cons: What we liked a bit less was the breakfast. It was quite simple — just toast with butter and jam, a muffin, an apple, milk, and sweet cereals. We missed having something savory like ham or cheese, but it was still enough to start the day. Behind the hotel is the Manhattan Bridge, where trains pass quite frequently and make a lot of noise when you walk nearby. However, we didn’t hear it much inside the hotel at night, so it didn’t disturb our sleep at all — which was great.

Pleasant experience

Pros: The location is pretty good. It’s very close to the subway, It also has a bus stop nearby. The bed was really comfortable and the rooms were really clean. The hotel was very clean as well. One thing we found odd is that the windows do not open but it is fairly OK for the price. you can hear the train very loudly if your room is on that side of the street but we were on another side of the street and we were not bothered by it. They also have a rooftop terrace that is very nice

Cons: The breakfast was not very good. It’s not even a proper breakfast. You just have waffles that are pretty stale and bagels that are not fresh. You also have a selection of cereals. The only good thing that we had at breakfast was the banana muffin

Great location luxury bedding . High end feel on a budget

Pros: Very central ? Lovely bedding , clean and friendly counter staff

Cons: Nothing it was great . Big by NY standards
