Perfect location, with a warm room

Pros: Property’s location was very warm and very close to all things New York. Nothing was further than a 40 minute walk or a 25 minute subway. The hotel room wasn’t anything special, slightly small but served every need that we had. The tv actually had some pretty good selection also!

Cons: Kind of a small room, and the bed blanket was a little thin

Pros: The staff are wonderful. Its not my first visit to the Chelsean and as a returning guest, i enjoy the hotel as well as the service

Pros: Really great location!! You are close to everything, the subway, many stores/restaurantes and really close to the Manhattan center. In the core of Chelsea neighborhood!! We had a very spacious bedroom, in a superior floor with a dreamy view over the Empire State Building. Everything was clean and they gave us water and coffee in the room every single day ☺️

Cons: there just was a bit of dust in the bedroom

Charming place to stay and park in New York

Pros: Location location LOCATION WOW !!! By foot to Macy's and Times Square (20 min walk) The look, the beddings, the valet parking !!! Yeah a bit expensive for a SUV .. BUT who likes to park in New York? 24h for 70$ (55$ for a car) we enjoyed the smilling ladies at the lobby, the bar on the first floor... Everyone was super Nice!

Cons: There's no breakfast for the Price but a lot of coffee shop around to get a latte and freshly bake croissant and pain au chocolat! Note that there's no fridge too keep food or drink cold.

Pros: I liked the location of the hotel, 10 minutes walking from penn station. Close to subway line 1. The rooms are clean, contain comfortable beds, shower, table, coffee and tea. Cold water and ice cubes are available. Staff was kind and helpful. It was a good place to go back to in the evening after long hot days of touring the amazing new york city.

Cons: There was no refrigerator in the room, a little noisy (from the bar on first floor)only on Saturday night.
