Excellent location and facilities.

Pros: Great Breakfast selection. Spacious room. Helpful, polite and friendly staff. Great location for sightseeing.

New York in the snow

Pros: Excellent location close to everything. Really comfortable beds. Big room with lots of storage and always clean. Great staff.

Cons: Having to pay a deposit of $100 per night in addition to paying for the room is really excessive. Especially since it wasn’t a hold on my credit card but an actual payment which now I have been told can take two weeks to be refunded!! Not good at all!

Great location, clean and comfortable.

Pros: Location was good, a short walk to Times Square and Penn station. Lots of good restaurants in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Wheelchair friendly.

Cons: Would have liked to have coffee maker in the room. The inclusive breakfast was very limited, so we ended up going out for breakfast for the rest of the stay.

Pros: Great location, walkable distance to everything or line 1 metro 2 mins walk and not in the middle of the crowd ; very helpful staff.

Cons: Bathrobe and slippers would make a big difference in the comfort.

Perfect for business travelers

Pros: The hotel is well-located, and the personnel are welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to NYC; it is not overpriced like most hotels in the same price range. It is good value for money.

Cons: The heater can be noisy sometimes, but it's nothing to worry about. I slept perfectly.

Comfortable and well managed

Pros: Friendly reception team, offered a car service direct from the Hotel to JFK, had no idea that was an option prior. Well air conditioned room and warm which was great when it was 0 degrees at midday when I was there.

Cons: It's a bit further out of the centre than you may like if you are there for the famous shops and restaurants and the immediate surrounding area is a touch rough.
