Awesome! Meg, you're the best!

Pros: The stay was perfect. Meg, the lady at the front desk, was amazing - she helped us solve all our problems as if they were their own. It's been a long time since I've met someone like her on my travels!

Cons: The mattress was a little bit too hard, but I guess this is subjective to each person's preferences. Since we only spent 3 nights, we didn't ask for it to be replaced, but I believe it would be no problem to replace it if we did ask.

Great value comfy hotel

Pros: Location was good, near to the subway and felt very safe. Reception lady was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good with a good choice. The hotel had a gym and laundry and the rooms were very clean.

Pros: Location was pretty central and safe at night to walk around it felt. The room was sufficient and this is one of the lower priced hotels around. The staff were kind and helpful in our limited interactions. Free drinks and snacks in the reception sometimes were nice.

Very good for a budget choice - location is excellent.

Pros: Very good location for all mid town attractions. A stone’s throw from Madison square park. Nice lobby space for a small hotel.

Cons: Shared coffee etc in lobby was often cold or empty.

Exceptional staff

Pros: The location is ideal. Services offered were amazing. There is free coffee and lemonade 24/7 in the lobby. Breakfast was basic but really nice. The staff was exceptional. I would like to mention Miss Megha she went above and beyond to ensuring we had a comfortable stay and gave us farewell water and chocolates complimentary when we were leaving the hotel. It really made our day and the whole experience overall.
